1 Dec – the female flies in at 7:55 carrying fresh Feral Pigeon prey. She is quickly joined by the male who sits on the ledge watching her pluck her meal. He flies off after a few minutes and she continues plucking. She finishes feeding and flies out with the remains at 9:45. The male lands briefly at 10:15 and checks for scraps. He is back at 10:40 for ten minutes and again at 15:30 picking at scraps for ten minutes.

2 Dec – the female lands at 8:10. She goes into the box at 8:50 when the male arrives. He sits on the ledge. She moves towards him and there is a short period of bonding before she forces him from the ledge, and he flies off; she leaves at 10:25. The male is back with a full crop at 14:05. The female flies in at 14:25 and the pair go into the box. He quickly flies out and she follows ten minutes later. She is back at 20:40 carrying fresh Woodcock prey which she stashes by a column and then flies off.

3 Dec – the female flies in at 12:30 carrying fresh Feral Pigeon prey. She plucks and feeds on it, then stash it by a column before flying out at 13:55. There is no further activity on camera today.

4 Dec – the male arrives at 8:35 and grabs the stashed Woodcock and flies off with it. The female flies in at 10:25, picks at scraps then finds the stashed pigeon and flies out with it. There is no further activity today.

5 Dec – the female arrives at 9:20 and goes into the box but quickly flies out. The male lands on the ledge at 14:15, then goes into the box but soon flies out. There is no further activity today.

6 Dec – the male lands briefly at 9:20, calling loudly into the sky. The female flies into the box at 10:10 and moves to the ledge after five minutes, leaving at 10:30. The pair fly in at 12:00 and bond in the box for ten minutes. The male then flies out but the female remains making two scrapes on either side of the box, moving to the ledge at 12:25 and flying off at 12:45. There is no further activity today.

6 December 2023 – Video: the female tends a second scrape in the opposite side of the box.

7 Dec – the male arrives at 8:05 for ten minutes. The female lands briefly at 10:20. The male is back at 13:05 and goes into the box, then moves to the ledge before flying off at 13:15. The pair fly into the box five minutes later. The male leaves after a few minutes but the female remains in the box tending both scrapes until 14:00 when she flies out. The male is back briefly at 15:20.

8 Dec – the male lands briefly at 13:25, calling loudly. The pair fly in at 14:40 but the male leaves quickly whilst the female tends the scrapes. She moves to the ledge at 15:15 and flies off ten minutes later. The female is back at 19:20 carrying fresh Redwing prey. She stashes by a column and flies out.

9 Dec – the only activity on camera: the male flies in at 17:50 with fresh Snipe prey. He stashes it by a column and flies off.

10 Dec – the female flies in at 2:25 and sits on the ledge, then picks up the stashed Redwing, eats it. She flies off at 3:50, but quickly returns. She is joined by the male at 6:45. She picks at some scraps on the platform whilst he steals the stashed Snipe and flies out; she flies off at 7:40. The pair return at 9:45 but the male quickly leaves. She flies out ten minutes later after tending the scrape. There is no afternoon activity.

11 Dec – the female flies in at 1:00 and leaves at 6:45. The male arrives 35 minutes later and checks the box, the moves to the ledge. The female joins him at 7:25 but he flies off as she checks the box, before following him. There is no further activity today.

12 Dec – the male arrives at 2:05 and remains on the ledge until 7:20. The pair fly into the box at 11:25 but the male leaves after five minutes. The female remains in the box tending the scrape until leaving at 12:10. There was no afternoon activity.

13 Dec – the male lands at 9:05 and picks at scraps on the platform, then flies off. He is back briefly at 14:40 but there is no more activity thereafter.

14 Dec – the female flies in at 00:10 carrying the remains of a meal and stashes it on the platform, then sits on the ledge with a full crop. She flies off with her meal at 7:40 and is quickly replaced by the male. He checks the box then flies out at 7:55. The pair fly in at 9:05 but the male soon leaves. The female moves to the ledge after ten minutes and flies off after a further ten. She is back at 10:30 and goes into the box, flying out at 11:15 to be replaced by the male. He does not stay long. The pair are back at 12:30 but again he leaves after a brief bout of bonding, and she leaves ten minutes later after tending the scrape. They are back at 14:45 and go through the same process. She leaves at 14:55.

15 Dec – the male arrives at 5:15 and sits on the ledge for half an hour. The pair fly in at 16:15 but the male soon leaves, and she flies out five minutes later. The female is back at 18:50 carrying fresh prey which she stashes on the platform, then flies off.

16 Dec – the male flies in at 7:10 and picks up the Teal and moves it next to a column. He checks out the box at 7:30, then returns to the ledge. He takes a short flight at 7:45 and is off again soon after. He returns with the female at 8:10, she grabs the stashed Teal and flies out. He leaves at 8:20. They are back at 11:05 but he leaves quickly, and she follows a few minutes later. They are back again at 12:50 and as usual the male does not stay long, and she flies off at 13:00. The pair fly in at 15:20, he leaves quickly but she remains in the box until moving to the ledge at 16:00 and then flying off. He is back on the ledge at 16:25 until 17:50.

17 Dec – the male flies in at 3:25. He makes a couple of short flights at 6:45 and 6:55 and is off again at 7:10. He returns with the female ten minutes later. She goes into the box whilst he sits on the ledge before flying off at 7:30. She then moves to the ledge and soon follows. The pair are back at 9:55 but both leave quickly. They return at 11:40. He leaves soon after but she remains in the box tending the scrapes until 12:00 when she moves to the ledge before flying off at 12:10.

18 Dec – the female lands at 5:10. She goes into the box when the male lands at 6:05, returning to the ledge at 6:40. She flies off at 7:00 but the male remains on the ledge, then checks out the box at 7:30 for five minutes, then returns to the ledge. He leaves at 8:10. The female returns at 13:00 and goes into the box 15 minutes later. She flies out at 14:00. The pair fly in at 15:45 and the male leaves quickly, and the female soon follows. The male is back at 17:10 and remains until at least midnight.

19 Dec – the male remains on the ledge until 7:50. There is no more activity until 19:55 when the female lands carrying fresh Redwing prey. She stashes it by a column and sits on the ledge for ten minutes, then leaves.

20 Dec – the male arrives at 7:20, goes into the box, then finds the stashed Redwing. He is already well fed, so moves it and returns to the ledge. He takes a short flight at 8:05, then leaves a few minutes later. He is back at 14:35 for five minutes and at 15:30, he flies in, grabs the stashed prey and flies out. He is back looking well fed 20 minutes later and sits on the ledge until 16:20.

21 Dec – the female arrives at 00:45, remaining until 6:35. The male lands briefly at 9:20 and the female returns at 11:00 and goes into the box until leaving at 11:55. She is back at 13:05 carrying fresh Feral Pigeon prey. She finishes her meal and flies off at 15:40.

22 Dec – the male arrives at 6:45 and sits on the ledge until 7:55. He returns a few minutes later with the female who goes into the box. He flies off after a short bout of bonding. She moves to the ledge ten minutes later and flies off. There is no more activity today.

23 Dec – the male lands briefly at 13:15 and again at 14:05. He returns at 20:40 and remains on the ledge until midnight at least.

24 Dec – the male remains on the ledge until 6:15. He is back an hour later, flying off at 7:50. The female lands at 14:05 and picks at scraps on the platform, then goes into the box. She moves to the ledge at 15:50 and flies off five minutes later. The male arrives at 16:10 for 20 minutes. He is back at 20:40 and remains for the rest of the evening.

25 Dec – Merry Christmas to all our supporters. The male flies off at 00:05 but is back for five minutes at 1:45. The female arrives at 2:30 looking well fed and carrying the remains of her Teal meal. The male returns at 7:45 and snatches the stashed meal. She sits on the ledge until 8:00. The female is back at 9:25 and goes into the box, flying off 20 minutes later. There is no further activity today.

26 Dec – the female flies in at 2:35 and leaves at 6:20. The male lands briefly at 9:55. He is back at 16:25 looking well fed and remains on the ledge until 23:00.

27 Dec – the pair fly in at 8:40. The male leaves after a few minutes bonding whilst the female remains until flying out at 10:10. She is back 30 minutes later and is joined by the well-fed male at 11:15, but he quickly leaves. She remains until 14:05 when the male lands briefly. She lands briefly at 14:25 and the male returns at 15:45 looking well fed. The female arrives at 20:05 with an item of prey which she stashes by a column then flies out after ten minutes. He ignores the meal and remains on the ledge until midnight at least.

28 Dec – the male remains on the ledge until 7:35 when he flies off with the stashed meal. The female arrives 20 minutes later and looks for the stash, she checks the box then around the columns again before flying out. The pair fly into the box at 9:55. The male quickly leaves whilst the female remains until 10:25. He is back at 11:55 and the female flies in at 12:00 and he leaves. She remains in the box until flying out at 14:50. The female is back at 21:55 and is joined by the male at midnight.

29 Dec – the pair remain on the ledge until the male leaves at 5:35 and the female follows ten minutes later. The male is back at 7:45 until 8:00. He returns at 17:25 and remains until 19:00.

30 Dec – the male arrives at 4:05 but is displaced by the female five minutes later. She takes a short hunting flight at 5:00 and flies off at 8:10 to be replaced by the male. He leaves ten minutes later. He is back at 14:35 but is replaced by the female after ten minutes. She leaves quickly, but soon returns and goes into the box. She flies off at 16:20 but there is no further activity thereafter.

31 Dec – the male arrives at 7:15 for 20 minutes. The female lands at 9:10 looking well fed but only stays for 20 minutes. The male is back at 10:05, also looking well fed, for ten minutes. He returns ten minutes later remaining until 11:04. The pair fly in at 11:55. He leaves quickly but she remains until 13:20. He returns quickly and sits on the ledge until 14:30. The pair are back 30 minutes later. He soon leaves and she remains on the ledge until 16:25. She is back briefly at 23:55. Happy New Year.
